This is the catalog site for NineSky. Reading it means accepting the terms below.

What this site is

A description of what we make, with photographs, capacity figures and prices. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by reading a page.

Figures on these pages

Prices are the figures from our last update. Prices move. Where the figure at checkout differs from the figure here, checkout is right. Coverage, tank volume and daily draw are as stated on each unit's own page; the daily draw was measured at 86 degrees Fahrenheit and 80 percent relative humidity, and cooler or drier rooms will collect less. Where a figure is not stated, none is shown here rather than an estimate being made.

Capacity figures

A coverage or extraction figure printed beside a unit applies to that unit under the stated test conditions. It is a design capacity, not a promise about your specific room, whose temperature, airflow and moisture load we cannot know.

Photographs and text

The product photographs and the writing on this site are ours. Neither may be republished without permission. Quoting a sentence with a link back is fine.

Customer reviews

Reviews quoted on this site are real customer reviews, quoted word for word with the name and date shown by the reviewer. We do not edit spelling, and we keep four star reviews in on purpose.

Safety and electricity

The CT2 is an electrical appliance. The instructions packed with the unit you receive govern its use: keep the unit upright, empty the tank before moving it, and plug it directly into a wall outlet. Nothing on this site is safety advice, and nothing here replaces reading the instructions in the box.

Health

A dehumidifier manages moisture in the air. It does not treat any medical condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Where we cite public health guidance on humidity and mold, the citation links to the source so you can read it yourself.

Liability

We take care with what is written here and cannot promise it is free of error. Use of anything we make is at your own discretion, and nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.

These terms may change. The version on this page is the one that applies.
